I am always well taken care of at Ulta in Middletown, but I just had a particularly amazing experience with Karoline and Bridget. I needed a bunch of stuff for a vacation I’m going on, and Caroline really knew her stuff! She walked the whole store with me and found me the perfect products. at check out Bridget helped me tremendously to make sure I got the best deals possible. I just can’t say enough good about the incredible customer service I just experienced! Thank you, Karoline and Bridget!

I came into this Ulta location on a Monday morning (federal holiday), looking for two specific items: Philosophy Fresh Cream Warm Cashmere perfume (I came to get a mini as I'm on travel, and almost through the mini I brought with me), and a tube of SuperGoop Unseen Sunscreen (also almost out of my current tube). I found both items that I was looking for, and I was very appreciative that this Ulta was not one of the ones that locks up all of their perfumes also, because that's super annoying.
