“Changing to five stars. Spoke with Kayleigh and it all worked out ?.<br>*********<br>I had been going to afterglow, quite a few times before Covid, then Covid hit. Prior to Covid, I had purchased a package. I had only used one spray tan, prior to Covid and had a few left. Although a couple of years had passed, and things settled, with Covid, I was ready to use the remainder of my spray tans After a couple of phone calls, I spoke with one of the people there who said the Manager would not honor the remainder of my spray tans, but then I would get 20% off one Spray tan. This was very poor customer service as I was out around $70. A good friend of mine, who had gone through the same thing with another tanning salon had purchased a package before Covid hit and just started up recently about a week ago and resumed with her package deal and her tanning stated they don’t expire there and she has six left ! Needless to say, I never referred afterglow or went back again. I was never told there was any expiration on this package. How sad, that they could not honor the remainder of my tanning sessions and lost a customer because I would’ve gone back time and time again and referred people.“

“A traditional sew in with leave out I'd love to have either wine red from ears down underneath the platinum blonde layered I want human hair so I was thinking 2 bags but I want the dark underneath the blonde and im needing a new permanent hair dresser I'm always on time and i tip very well I was going to come by tomorrow and see u guys can help cause I hate the way I look except when my hair is done and so I'm hoping u guys can help me I also might be inteinterested spary tanning too would that be ok and maybe i could make and appointment thanks for your time“
