As a local small business owner, my experience with Staples Middletown has been outstanding. The store is always clean and organized, the printing and marketing team is top-notch, and they are wonderful to the community-at-large. Keep up the great work!
today I had a package to return to Amazon. A very friendly, helpful associate, Jean, assisted me. He greeted me kindly, and had a smile on his face throughout the exchange. I must note that a manager approached him about a personal matter while he was working with me, this was off-putting to me, and probably a little embarrassing for Jean. I felt that the matter could've been dealt with without a customer present.
I continue to be impressed with the staff of the print and marketing services, who are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and proficient. A special shout out to Jameel (sp?), who helped me immensely most recently.
