I rarely write a review but I'm compelled to share that Polo Cleaners in Middletown/Portsmouth RI, could be trusted with the finest clothing plus goes the extra mile. We had dropped off my husband's tailor-made suit earlier that week literally praying the colors wouldn't fade plus pant leg had a stain. When I went to pick it up, it had closed. That night my husband asked about the suit saying he wanted it for an interview that had been scheduled for that next morning. I messaged the business as I was frantic but still never expecting a reply back that day. The next thing I know they wrote back and we made arrangements for us to pick it up that same night!!! ... I brought my comforter and shams in hoping they could help me after my bedding got ruined (filthy) at a nearby laundromat. The 2 women at the Polo's on Aquidneck Ave were friendly, sympathetic and eager to help me restore my bedding. When I picked them up the following week not only did it come out beautiful, the same 2 women were genuinely happy that I was pleased I have to say, this company is very lucky to have these 2 women representing you!
