I contacted Paradise Cleaning and Restoration after getting a recommendation from a neighbor that had used them. I requested a quote to do some cleaning after having a mice problem in my basement. The owner was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed to have done. He answered any questions I hadand the quote I received was very reasonable. We are in the process of moving to the South Coast from rural New York State. I had arrived at our new home to simply shampoo the carpet in our finished basement, but found a couple inches of water, saturating the downstairs. There was also a mold issue in a different part of the basement. I called Paradise on the recommendation of my home insurance company; I could not have asked for a more professional, courteous, and friendly response than I received from everyone at Paradise. Our insurance company connected us with Paradise Cleaning and Restoration--an absolutely wonderful company to work with! Amy reached out and was able to get a team to the house within a couple of hours. Israel and Greg came out to the house after a toilet overflow and took care of the mess promptly. They were able to identify areas water traveled that we would not have been aware of had they not pulled back all the layers in an adjoining room. There was water damage to the walls, but they only removed what they had to so repairs to the dry wall and baseboards would not have to be extensive.
