I walked into the office and I felt like I'd stepped back in time. All of a sudden it was 1978 and I was surrounded by outdated furniture, wood paneled walls and a waiting room with chairs that looked like wicker. The decor wouldn't have mattered if the visit hadn't been a complete waste of time. They wouldn't honor my warranty since the hearing aids weren't purchased there- they were originally purchased in Florida-- And they didn't take my health insurance which should have been asked on the phone. So basically I got the impression that unless I wanted to buy new hearing aids, I wasn't welcome there. Don't even waste your time with these people. Go across the street where they have an audiologist and a doctor on staff and they're actually friendly. Sadly I couldn't give negative stars.
