This was my first time at Middletown Family dental.Britany did a good job with the X-rays that were at times uncomfortable. She also did well with the cleaning and explained things I had questions about.
This was my 1st time here, had to switch Dentist practices due to insurance. Had the best routine Dential visit ever. Everyone was pleasant and check in/out process was smooth. My hygienist did a outstanding job. Best cleaning experience ever. If your in search of a new Dental practice I highly recommend this place.
...this was my first visit and I was impressed with not only the professional nature of the services provided, but with the time the staff spent with me discussing details of the services. Very impressed with how the staff discussed my insurance coverages and the option avaible to maximize my dental coverage. To someone who grew up with 'you show your Blue cross Card to the doctor snd everything is covered', understanding the current 'system' can be daunting. They went the extra mile to address my concerns.
