“I was in distress as I was in possession of a dead laptop and a corrupted external drive. I brought everything in to NCC on a Friday and by Monday I had everything back. Jason and Matt were extremely helpful and patient (even sympathetic) to my problems as I feared that I had lost all my photos. I have about 100 GB so you can imagine how great a loss this would have been. Even late in the day on Friday Matt was still working on getting my laptop restored which he did first thing on Monday.
