“We had a great experience with Miles. We reached out about project to our front and backyard and he got back to us the same day to set up an appointment. We spent about 40 minutes together, going over details for the yard and he was able to give us an estimate within a few days, which was very reasonable (under what we were anticipating so we were thrilled). He was open and honest with us throughout the whole process and reaching out to us in a timely manner. After the project was complete on his end, he asked us to look around make sure we were satisfied. There was one slight area that was miscommunicated so he came back the next day to resolve it. Then, a local scam-dyman took advantage of a widow he'd known for 18 years. He destroyed my Mom's yard & stole tens of thousands of dollars from her. “Earth & Water were the only ones willing to take on the challenge of redoing my pond. Joe and his team drew up a plan and design and got right to work. They brought a temporary pool onsite and carefully removed all of my fish, so that work could be started. They removed all the boulders and old pond equipment I had and brought in new material and new pumps. They also extended it out width and length giving me a much bigger pond. Joe also had his landscaping team come down and do all of the landscape around the pond with lighting and all kinds of plants and trees. Even built a couple caves in the pond for the fish. I would definitely recommend Earth & Water not only for there outstanding work but also because even after the job was done and i still had questions or questions came up Joe and his team answered right away.“
