“My favorite yoga studio! The instructors are great and very welcoming. Highly recommend!!“
“This studio is so welcoming, professional, and good at what they do! The teachers are uniformly knowledgeable, and I love this community and am grateful for their presence in Providence.“
“Though I'd done yoga quite a long time ago, I had never done Iyengar yoga. I've been surprisingly pleased with this different approach, and already find myself carrying what I've learned into my day-to-day. I've had improved posture and self-awareness and feel confident that I'm helping to fend off pains and problems that come with age as I get help undoing bad habits- some of which I didn't even know I had. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and the community is friendly and welcoming.“
“I am a long-time student at Body Dynamics. Classes are extremely well instructed, always different and challenging. The size of each class affords students to receive individual attention from the instructor. Just recently, I have been introduced to Yoga Fusion. I look forward to every Thursday to attend class. I highly recommend it to anyone with stiff muscles and a racing mind. I love the studio and what it has to offer. -Markie“
“I can not say enough nice things about my years of practicing yoga at Motion Center. I have taken a weekly class with Christy Chase for at least a decade. Her thoughtful sequencing and knowledge of the asanas and sutras has helped me both physically and mentally. It is a well appointed studio with small class sizes. The classes are fun, meaningful, and very supportive (pun Intended). Thank you!“
“Great studio. Wish the work on the bridge wasn’t happening as the traffic can get really heavy for morning or evening classes. Otherwise — fantastic instructors. I love this location over the Providence one because there is a very large FREE parking lot.“
“So, first things first, This studio has moved to 580 Kelly Blvd. N. Attleboro. The new location is directly across the street from the Volkswagen dealership and in the back lot directly behind T & Nails Spa. They also have plenty of parking in close proximity to the studio entrance. The studio itself has plenty of cubby storage space in the lobby/check in area as well as the studio itself. They also have a gender neutral bathroom in the studio space. The studio itself is very modern, clean and spacious. They do you have some basic props available in the studio, however , they do recommend That students bring their own props when able. They offer a range of classes, the class packages, and a drop in class options are comparable in price with other nearby competitors. It should also be noted that classes are booked entirely online. The instructors I've met, thus far have been very welcoming, as are the other students. I hope this studio continues to gain popularity and has the option to expand into larger studio space in the future.“
“This is a wonderful place to be with awesome teachers!! I have been taking yoga here now for four years. I'm so glad Maria,Suzanne and Janice made it easy to keep taking yoga through the pandemic. I now take both Zoom and in person classes. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.“
“Such a beautiful space! I love the warm, welcoming vibe you get as soon as you enter the building. The instructor was very gracious, giving me a little tour, and back ground about the facility! Clean facility, and friendly, yet professional intstuctor“
“I love this new studio. So far, I have taken Buti Yoga and Rise and Grind. Rise and Grind is challenging and energizing at the same time. It started off almost in a restorative/Yin manner this morning then the power and strength came later. And Buti Yoga, what can I say? Buti is a powerhouse energy exchange that brings people together in this time of separateness. Instructors are all very chill and accepting. Try this place!!“
“I have been to see Michelle at Source Wellness a number of times and I am a huge fan. In my younger years i did a lot of damage to my body from sports and stunts etc. so I have always had issues with my back and legs. I have seen a number of Chiropractors and none of them really helped. i think that is the best thing about Michelle is that she combines multiple methods to solving a problem, from Massage to Chiropractic techniques and Reiki to rebirthing (which she still has not sold me on). Regardless of whether you're a conservative republican or a haite st hippy, she has the skills to straighten you out.“
“Om Kids Yoga in Hope Artiste Village is so much fun! We had a blast at Mommy and Baby yoga this morning! I found this yoga center by a quick google search online, and I was already impressed with their fabulous website: www.omkidsyogacenter.com I made a phone call and spoke with the owner and fabulous yoga instructor, Elyse Rotondo. I was interested in the Mommy and Baby yoga classes available, and she was so welcoming and friendly right off the bat. When I made it to the center (parking can be a little tricky, but Main Street and side street parking available, plus two small lots in front and to the side of the building are available), I immediately embraced this fun and relaxing space. The classes are reasonable in price, and very much worth it. My child had a great time with all the fun yoga poses, especially the dancing to fun music part. I felt I was able to get a mild to at times moderate workout (with some of the poses). During savasana, the instructor watched a couple of the little crawling babies, as my friend and I were able to fully relax and enjoy a full 3 and a half minutes of total relaxation. This may not seem like a lot - but it was heaven to this mom who is used to chasing after an active little almost toddler. At the end, hot tea is offered and you're able to stay as long as you'd like (there wasn't a class right after). The owner is so knowledgable about yoga, childcare, and keeping both parent and baby entertained, active, happy, and relaxed. I can't wait to go back!“
“I came to Jessie after a week of nerve pain from an injury had gotten me all locked up in my left arm, shoulder, neck, and back. She's amazing. Through a combination of techniques we worked gently through some spasming muscles and tension in muscle groups I hadn't realized were all connected! The session was unhurried and she gave me a vocabulary for describing how things felt and techniques to maintain the level of relaxation we'd achieved. The pain was so reduced that that night I got my first full night of sleep since the injury!“

“My first time trying hot yoga and I fell in love with it! Rhonda is fantastic, she makes you feel so welcome and is a great instructor! Highly recommend everyone try it“
“Loud music and a fast paced flow define this class. The instructor and an assistant walk around and help correct your form while the class is occurring. Taking a few yoga classes in the past helps since they don't really explain many of the poses. It's easy to get lost, especially when the music drowns out your instructor.“
“Misleading business name, thought it had something to do with Viagra. Signed up for some yoga classes while I was there. Lifted all 4 of my chakras but unfortunately still needed to go somewhere else for Viagra. 4 stars“
“I always benefit from every class I take at Santosha. This is real Yoga ...unpretentious and welcoming. Susan's Monday night class is tremendously restorative.“
“I’ve been seeing Dr. Lui for the last several months for neck pain and hypertension. His treatment is helping me immensely! Dr. Lui has been able to release so many spasms that were in my neck and shoulder blades and my hypertension is controlled. It’s worth the small pinch that I feel! I’m between 55-60 and I look forward to my next appointment. Thanks for helping me feel well Dr. Lui!“
“Absolute 5 star ⭐️ establishment….all of the instructors are unique, and have their own personalities. This makes each class different and challenging. I have been coming for about a month and it’s helped my lower back disc issues very much. Easy class booking on the app, and good crowd of respectable guests. Check it out ! PS - TOMMI has best music selections ? ???“
“I enrolled my daughter in this dojo seeking a positive female role model for my daughter after a tough divorce. Linda was always a great teacher and a wind in my daughters sails. We recently moved and subsequently had to stop attending class. Linda was very graceful and understanding about it and wished us well without any bitterness or angst. I consider her a friend despite compensating her for teaching my daughter. There simply are not enough good role models out there that lead by example and positivity like she did. Linda is a true class act. She will be missed.“
“RI Hot Yoga is excellent, they have separate rooms for hot and regular yoga, and the instructors are super nice and very helpful. I had some back and hip issues that I was not able to address through PT, and practicing there has done wonders. Definitely give it a try!“
“I really enjoyed my first yoga session amazing experience the instructor was wonderful will definitely continue going :)“
