Just had a runner rug cleaned that had a couple pet stains on it. I dropped it off to Joe on Thursday and it was ready for pickup by Saturday morning. It looks brand new and smells great! Highly recommend Joe, he was easy to communicate with , efficient and has great pricing. Thank you again!

Wow am I impressed. I ended up with blue plant food on my new carpeting. I really thought it was stained. I called and Joe picked the phone right up and told me he could come today. I was shocked because other companies had said I was looking at next week. He told me he would be by around 6 and he promptly arrived ready to go. Before he started he let me know he was not sure what he could do but that he would do his best. He even told me I did not have to pay him if he couldn't get it out which I quickly told him I would pay him either way. He got to work and within a few minutes the stain was gone... His fee was more than reasonable. I fully recommend Joe for your carpet cleaning needs. I will not hesitate to call him again. Here's to the small guy who cares. Thanks again Joe.
