I’m going to start off by saying the staff was really nice. I went in and got a gel mani and pedi. The pedi was great, everything stayed/didn’t chip and looks wonderful. However, the manicure was absolutely horrible. The gel came off the next day. I went back and they tried to fix it but it came off again. I feel like their hand lights are not the best (I’ve never had this issue at any other place). I was very disappointed because it was expensive for one day of wear. I had to have my manicure fixed at a different nail salon.

Love, love, love this nail salon. Super friendly and incredibly welcoming. They greet you immediately upon entering the salon and you are not judged by your choice of attire, nor is anyone screeching at you endlessly about whether or not you have an appointment. What's even more amazing is how skillful they are in nails. Since my initial appointment, my nails have been consistently beautiful and my visits are always topped off with a lovely mini hand massage. Did I mention how much I love this salon?

This is an excellent nail salon. My daughter, granddaughter and I went in for manicures last Saturday. We were all completely satisfied due to the efforts of Ping, who also does beautiful nail art. I use a sight cane due to partial vision, and Ping made me feel comfortable. We have an appointment to go back right after the Holidays!
