I went in recently feeling like I might die. Was promptly tested for Covid and Flu. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional! They called me the next day to see how I was feeling.
The staff from the front desk to the MA and the provider were attentive, friendly, and welcoming. I felt comfortable and taken care of from the moment I spoke to the receptionist. During my time I witnessed the staff’s compassion for an elderly couple who was waiting to be seen. They had some confusion and rather than turn the couple away the receptionist used her resources to help solve the problem. It was a great experience from start to finish.
Good care, not fast and the waiting chairs were uncomfortable but the physician and the medical assistant we saw were caring, thoughtful and thorough, which was the important thing.
