Very professional, and knowledgeable staff. I got to visit recently after falling off a step. Each team member from EMT, PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT, NURSE PRACTITIONER, XRAY TECH, and Front Desk Check In Mgr. was courteous, friendly, and took the time to make sure I understood the diagnosis, and prognosis for my injury.

I went to urgent care after a fall, as the wound wouldn’t stop bleeding. I was met by the receptionist, who immediately put me at ease, as I was a bit nervous and feeling sick from the fall, thinking I would require stitches.
I was called in to see the assistant, Vanessa, who assessed the wound and brought me over to see Andrew Gabrielson. It was determined that I would need stitches. Vanessa cleaned the wound, and Andrew explained what he would be doing during the process.
