I've been meaning to write this review for a while! I have been frequenting Queen Glamour Beauty Salon for the past year. Destiny Queen is my stylist - she's young but GOOD! In September 2023, she did a great silk press for me. October 2023, we started my micro loc journey with two strand twists. I appreciate that she didn't pressure me to cut my hair to make the starter twists install shorter- many other stylists I consulted insinuated I should cut my hair or turn over my first born child as payment. This salon on the Pawtucket / Lincoln line reminds me of the no frills, Dominican salons I visited when I lived in NYC. The atmosphere is always warm & welcoming. Destiny's mom owns the salon and is very kind. I noticed her giving great feedback and coaching during sessions. I always get TONS of compliments on my hair and it's all because of Destiny. I'm grateful to have her caring for my hair!

I ordered kitchen cabinets from Jenny and the quality of the cabinets was excellent. Delivery was great and the driver was very friendly and professional. Earth & Water were the only ones willing to take on the challenge of redoing my pond. Joe and his team drew up a plan and design and got right to work. They brought a temporary pool onsite and carefully removed all of my fish, so that work could be started. They removed all the boulders and old pond equipment I had and brought in new material and new pumps. They also extended it out width and length giving me a much bigger pond. Joe also had his landscaping team come down and do all of the landscape around the pond with lighting and all kinds of plants and trees. Even built a couple caves in the pond for the fish. I would definitely recommend Earth & Water not only for there outstanding work but also because even after the job was done and i still had questions or questions came up Joe and his team answered right away.
I highly recommend the the team at Target Optical in Lincoln, RI. You can book your appointment online, Dr. Cohen does an excellent job nailing the prescription and Jessica is amazing with narrowing down the right frames, explaining any changes and navigating through the insurance and store discounts. My glasses were ready quickly and text notifications kept me updated through the whole process. I've been returning for several years and definitely plan to be back.

Total Comfort just completed installation of a new boiler and Heat Pump Hot Water Heater at my house. Kevin explained the various options for my house and what he would install if it was his own house he genuinely cares. Installation was delayed due to availability of parts from the distributor (no surprise there supply chain issue) Kevin was in communication thru the whole process and assured me that it would be completed on the rescheduled date which it was. Kevin completed the job in one day and thoroughly cleaned up after, he arranged for a company to dispose of the old boiler which they picked up in less than 48 hours after he was done. The quality of work was 5 stars Kevin is a master of his craft. Don’t hesitate to use Total Comfort for your HVAC needs.
I have indirect hot water, connected to the boiler. Unless the boiler is on, that heats up the house with forced hot water (Baseboard), I won't get hot water. My boiler stopped working. Although, I don't need heat, I still need hot water. Yesterday, I called Dumais Plumbing and Heating about the problem with my boiler, that wouldn't fire up. Bruce Dumais, the owner, answered the phone. He was polite and professional. He assured me, he would send someone the next day (as it was already late to send someone on the same evening) to take a look at it. Next day, two technicians, George and Brian came. they performed diagnostics, trouble shooting the problem. They checked thoroughly and pin pointed the problem to the Aqua-stat. He contacted the part store for a new one. It would cost $400. George gave me an option, if I wanted to go pick it up and they'll install it or asked me if I wanted to install it myself? We talked about my capability and we decided, that I could do it myself. Before even I asked, how much would be the charge for the diagnostics, George said, "There is no charge". But I couldn't accept and not able to believe, that someone would spend time and not charging (That too, two techs...). I offered them to pay for the diagnostic charge, but they refused. These guys are great! They are honest and very professional. Finally, I insisted, that at least they have coffee and donuts on me. They reluctantly accepted.In this day and age, when you can't readily trust anyone, it is so refreshing to meet honest professionals. It gives you HOPE. I will recommend Dumais Plumbing and Heating, especially, George and Brian with full heart and confidence.Thank You George and Brian Again!BTW, I went to the part store, bought the Aquastat and replaced it myself (It took me less than half hour). The boiler is up and running. I have hot water.

I'm visiting from San Francisco, and a friend of my brother-in-law recommended I go to see the Sowa family of chiropractors in Lincoln. I suffer from occasional from lower back pain and spasm and I am in town for a family emergency, so I didn't have time to "rest" or to "take it easy". I went to Dr. Alexander Sowa three times over the course of a week. The first adjustment provided immediately relief, but I relapsed a day later and needed to see him a second time. He was able to schedule me within two hours of calling, and the second adjustment was genuinely miracle work that relieved all pain. I only went back a third time to respect a previously scheduled appointment and to confirm everything was aligned.Bottom line: the chiropractor was terrific.
I have been using Cleanworks for several years now, and they never disappoint. Kevin and his team are always there when you need them and so pleasant to work with. And they go above and beyond every time! Thanks guys!!! ??

This review is long overdue, but better late than never. My husband, Conor, and I wanted to take a few dance lessons prior to our wedding so we weren't stepping on each other's toes during our first dance. John & Nika were incredible teachers. Neither of us had any dance experience - they taught us the basics (bait & hook pictured, haha) and helped us choreograph a dance to our song. I am so grateful for their expertise! We had a great time working with them and our first dance was a success. I highly recommend Studio One RI!
My wife and I have been going to Mary Janes for years! Myself about 5 years and my wife for about 18 years!Every time I go it’s amazing, my hair is the healthiest it has ever been! We were also fortunate enough to book them in time to have their team be able to do hair and makeup for our wedding! Five AMAZING members of the Mary Jane’s team drove quite a distance to provide hair and makeup for 2 brides, 8 bridesmaids/MOHs, 2 mothers of the bride and 2 special guests! They are so efficient and got us ready quickly but also kept us laughing and relaxed! It was so amazing!! Our hair and makeup survived rain, wind, and hours of dancing!I highly recommend their team for both special occasions and for your “hair self-care”.
I've been a client of this location for over a year and being someone with very curly hair its hard to find a stylist I can trust. I always go to Jenn, who is simply the best. Talented, dedicated and sensitive to the process. She takes time to hear what kind of cut I want, checks to make sure I'm liking how it looks. I am very impressed with the level of detail, hospitality and professionalism.

They were fantastic. It was my first time in and gave excellent service. I didn't feel rushed to make decisions, the techs took their time doing my nails, and were super gentle. My nailbeds are extremely thin and usually I have problems with all fake nails. These have lasted 4 weeks with only one nail that popped off! Usually I lose 3-4 within a week and a half of getting my nails done. I highly recommend them. Kevin is the best!!
Requested style: I wanted 5 different colors for my dip and she took the time to get each color just right. She showed me what they would look like prior to using it on my actual nails.

I used to feel like getting a trim was a chore, now I look forward to my haircuts since switching to Hair It Is! All the people who work here are helpful and friendly, and the vibe is very welcoming. Kayla is a talented stylist who really listens, and the products she's recommended have really improved the health and texture of my hair. Couldn't be happier with how my hair looks when I walk out the door. Highly recommended!

Joyce is amazing! Not only is she a fabulous person, she is an expert in color correction and getting your hair healthy. It was my first experience with Michael, however many of my friends have used him before. He was so kind and professional, not to mention he is meticulous. He showed me choices of styles of cursive writing and never rushed me. I am so in love with my tattoo and I thank you for your kindness and patience with me! I would recommend you to everyone!
I had a tribal phoenix done on my right forearm in my early 20s. My fiancé offered to get me a tattoo for my birthday. I reached out to Greg a few weeks back and told him I'd like to have this piece touched up. He was very accommodating to my schedule. He fit me in on short notice, helped give me ideas on how to bring this old tattoo back to life, and did an excellent job. He went far above and beyond my expectations. I'll definitely be back for more work in the near future.

I have been a long term customer of Victory and continued with my service contract when Gem acquired them about 2 years ago. The service tech, Chris C., performed my annual fall maintenance a few weeks ago, and today returned to do a "deep clean" of my heating system. Chris is so incredibly thorough on taking the system apart, checking each piece he removed and then cleaning out the entire system. From a visual point of view, the system looks brand new! Chris double checked everything he does, checked each part he removed, and returned all to perfect working order. I am a very satisfied customer!
Gregg and his team from Eastland Electric worked with us to install a Generac whole-house generator. They were just wonderful! The process is a multi-step situation involving the utility company, two inspections from the city/town (one gas and one electric), set up of the generator, independent plumbing from house gas to the generator itself and enabling the remote features. Technicians were prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable and so responsive! I can’t say enough good things about them! The process is really complicated because of the utility company and because of the inspections from the town- scheduling, filing paperwork, waiting and waiting and waiting! Eastland was right there for all of it, providing guidance and support every step of the way! They take pride in their work and in how they deal with their customers. I have been so pleased and am thankful to have found these terrific people. I recommend them without hesitation- great company!
Was doing some landscaping in our recently purchased home and found a broken conduit we didn't know was there, with exposed wires. Called Summit to come out and see if the wires were live. Even on a Sunday afternoon (Mother's day too!) they were there within the hour. Tested the wires, found where they were coming from inside the house, and removed them within 15 minutes. Couldn't have asked for better or friendlier service. Will be coming back for more electrical needs.

This place is beyond wonderful. First time going today & I can’t say enough great things. To start I wrote down the appointment wrong and showed up 45 mins early, I had made another appointment after to what I thought would be cutting it close now it was really close. They were able to take me in earlier & do all of my x-rays while I waited for the dentist. They were so kind & understanding. The staff in the front was great in letting me know all of the information so there was no surprises at checkout. Would recommend to any of my friends & family
This is the most accommodating and friendliest dentist office I have ever had the pleasure of finding. My mom is 92 and this is the second time she has had an urgent problem and they were able to fit her in the same day. They staff and doctors are exceptional! It is a clean and covid safe office too.
I was told nothing would help me after 2 neck surgeries. After only 2 visits so far I already move better than I have in years. I can’t wait to see how much better I’ll get now ! Game changer. If there were 10 stars I would give them all 10 no problem. Very nice people there. Very helpful. I feel better than I have in a very long time.
I've been a patient of Dr. Sliney for several years now, and have always had a pleasant experience. In fact, I am frequently relieved of so much pain, it's a genuine joy to see him. He's extremely friendly but always professional and remembers me, even if it's been months since my last appointment. The staff is exceptional. The ladies who work for him are bright and friendly and willing to work with you and your schedule. I've never had trouble making an appointment within a few days of my call and everyone is just so darn nice. I could not more strenuously recommend Dr. Sliney as your first chiropractor, or as your go-to for whatever back or neck discomfort you might experience.

I’ve been going to Andrea for over ten years and she is simply amazing! I’ve had my fair share of massages, and she is certainly the best. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
