“Simply the best! Our home addition completely surpassed our expectations.We extended our garage, adding a bathroom, mudroom, and pantry in what was the back of our existing garage. Lewis seamlessly coordinated with all the individuals that completed the rough work (plumbers, electricians, foundation, the town) in a remarkably timely and tidy manner. The work site was always clear, he cleaned up every day and throughout the process, we were never inconvenienced from using areas of our home.He is an excellent communicator. When an unexpected, but significant plumbing issue came up, he explained everything and gave us some options about how we wanted to solve it. Throughout the process, he was always responsive with a text or call. I texted many pictures of tile, grout, vanities, counters, etc. and he always responded immediately.I did not have a clear vision of what I wanted for the finish work, but Lewis was able to look at a collection of random Pinterest pictures, chat with me about how I wanted to use the space, and make something not only functional but beautiful. In addition to all his carpentry skills, he is a designer, adding finishing touches that work for my family.Additionally, we stayed on budget, and besides that plumbing issue, there were not any surprises. His prices are competitive, but his craftsmanship is exceptional. We highly recommend Veteran Contractors!“

“Joe(s) ,Apologies for the delay in writing this review. A lot going on since our work was completed.Wanted to say initially, whomever reads this, Joe and his company are great guys to deal with and they will do ALL they can to work with your schedule as best they can. My wife and I wanted a new kitchen, new laundry room and new bathroom. We had several meetings with Joe prior to them being hired and we had an opportunity to spell out in detail what we wanted, what we did not want, what we wanted done first and our appliance schedule ( NOTE : Covid really put us all in a tough spot ). Joe always listened, took many notes, asked many questions and ultimately gave us a very positive opinion regarding what we wanted.He also recommended we go in a different direction regarding a couple of our ideas that turned out to be a much better result than what we requested. They were met with a couple of surprises once the walls were down to the studs but after putting our heads together, they easily took care of these surprises in a way we both agreed upon. They cleaned up daily, went to great lengths to contain any and all construction debris and took care not to damage parts of the house not being remodeled.I could go on for several more pages but the bottom line is Joe and his team do great work, they are VERY meticulous and are onsite when they tell you they will be.
