Found them via Google and specifically chose them because of their high ratings and ability to schedule online. Note to other septic companies: millennials have houses now and we don’t like to call people on the phone, especially when we have to schedule unpleasant maintenance tasks like this. Wind River let me schedule and pay online and they sent texts when they were en route, arrived, and completed. Tim was excellent and arrived first thing in the morning (a huge plus since I’m an early bird and work from home), got the job done quickly, and was super courteous. I won’t use any other company from now on.

Tim came assessed our septic tank and recommended some additives to ensure our septic runs well for years to come! He explained how to make sure it works well between service and did an awesome job! We highly recommend Tim at Wind River!
