I have been using them since moving to RI 2 years ago, and I absolutely adore them. Everyone is always so pleasant, on the phone and in person. They are always quick with delivery (and here when they say they will be) and ALWAYS ask me if I need a prime and if everything is working okay. In the winter when I'd call for oil they'd always ask if I have enough to get thru the night Its hard to find this sort of customer service in today's world.

Micheletti Oil just put in a new boiler and hot water tank for my Mom. They not only did a great job they were all so respectful of my mom. They were always there when they said they would be and cleaned up after themselves. Everything looks and works great! We are so grateful to Joe and Nick and all at the company. We would definitely recommend them!

I just bought a house in Johnston, was reading reviews on oil companies near me, and just like all the great reviews Joe at Micheletti’s recieved , is definitely true!! I asked if he was taking on new customers he said yes, I asked if I could get a same day delivery, he said yes…. Very pleasant, looking forward to meeting him…. Thanks Joe!!
