“Gina Marie did an amazing job on my wedding makeup and hair. She was the most accommodating person and so helpful, offering guidance and suggestions. My husband and I planned a hiking elopement and I was so worried my makeup and hair wouldn’t last the hike. But I had nothing to worry about! I did a long hike in 80 degree weather with high humidity after my trial and everything stayed put! I also don’t use a lot of makeup so she was so helpful in guiding me for what would work best. “Melissa is the best! From the get-go, Melissa knew the soft glam vision I was going for. I have always been hesitant about airbrush makeup and how it can look cakey, but Melissa reassured me during my makeup trial that the oil-based airbrush is the way to go. I had my trial 3 months prior to my makeup and loved how it looked so natural. I only had a few minor tweaks from the trial to change for the wedding. Melissa took photos of the makeup look from the trial and used those photos as the basis for the wedding makeup look with my small changes. She also provided makeup services for my 4 girls, my mom, and my mother-in-law. Each one of them loved their makeup look and said it fit their style. We all looked so beautiful and the makeup lasted throughout the night. Highly recommend Melissa!“

It was so sad to come for an appointment recently only to find the salon closed and it's offices filled with Providence Police. We will both miss Squires immensely. It was an institution and a bastion of culture that will never be duplicated.“
