Patients praise the incredibly kind and helpful staff, who take the time to thoroughly explain any issues and ensure a painless, anxiety-free visit. The practice is known for its community feel and ease of communication with the wonderful staff. However, some patients have recently expressed concerns about difficulties in directly contacting the office, as they've been redirected to a call center with language barriers.
