Sara and her team at Elysian are amazing! I cannot say enough about the level customer service and she doesn’t even charge for the therapy sessions!

So my daughter went to get her hair trimmed and the stylist curled the ends after the trim, Did not notice how f***** up and crooked it actually came out until she washed it and straightened it. I called to tell them about the bad haircut and their excuse is one of their best employees cut it and they don't understand what a crooked haircut looks like ,maybe she should come in and give her a second chance. My daughter didn't want to do that as an option she was scared it would come out shorter and more crooked so instead of either refunding or giving her a gift certificate to go to another split ends with another stylist to have this fixed they chose to do nothing... read full review
