Was in quite a pinch. Furnace stopped working two days ago. Couldn't find anyone who was reasonable to come diagnose (some weren't available for weeks!). Got a referral from our plumber. Called them and spoke to reception. They admitted they were super swamped but I left my name and number. They called me back within a couple hours and said a tech was finishing up another job early so he can come by. Jose came in, and within 45 min, he solved my problem. He went above and beyond and made sure my issue wasn't as serious we we hoped. Affordable pricing and Grade A service from the front desk to the tech.
