Boucher was easy to work work, arrived on time, were knowledgeable and answered all of our questions throughout the process. The new outdoor unit is super quiet, was moved to a more convenient location and keeps the home consistently cool throughout the day and night. They were wonderful to work with; from the beginning, they not only told us about their planned work, but made sure we had a clear overview of the entire process (getting gas connected to the house, applying for rebates, etc.).The work they did was nothing short of beautiful!
