Alright - this was excellent! Don came here quickly, he listened to what I had to say, he checked it out himself, and he got down to business. Don didn't try to make a big production out of it, once he saw the problem wasn't so tough. He told me all about what he was doing and why. AND he didn't charge me anything NEAR what the big-name companies do. He also told me what to watch for, and what could go wrong. He's certainly earned my respect and loyalty!
