Providence Power Yoga - East is a great studio offering a peaceful and organized space for practice. With fantastic instructors and a large free parking lot, it's an ideal location. Chair yoga classes, led by a wonderful leader, are highly recommended and accommodate special needs. The studio provides amenities like tea and water, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and professional.

Great studio. Wish the work on the bridge wasn’t happening as the traffic can get really heavy for morning or evening classes. Otherwise — fantastic instructors. I love this location over the Providence one because there is a very large FREE parking lot.

Clean facility, friendly staff, and convenient location. Instructors are all welcoming to all levels, respectful to everyone and provide just enough instruction without being intrusive. I highly recommend PPY to everyone regardless of your yoga level.

I like this studio so much better than their Providence locations. It's cleaner, a bit more cozy yet spacious, has more than one bathroom, and even has a parking lot. Like their other locations, there are a variety of classes offered throughout the day. My first class here was their Friday evening Spa Yoga class, which is super relaxing. The instructors are superb and it's overall a great experience!
