OSS BJJ is a phenomenal training facility and has the best learning environment I have ever experienced across any discipline or activity.Jimmy Connor, the owner and instructor is highly experienced knowledgeable and personable. He goes to an excruciating level of detail to make movements and techniques clear to all participants regardless of rank or experience. He has fostered an incredible community and makes every class memorable not just for the quality of the instruction but also from the humor and enjoyment he brings to each lesson.Wether you are a black belt or have never heard of BJJ at all I cannot recommend Ocean State Studios Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (OSS BJJ) enough!
