Very helpful. Was there today, almost purchased the wrong hot water storage tank. Until they informed me that the tank i asking for was not what I wanted. Saved me a lot of time and a potential very expensive headache.

M&G was extremely helpful when my hot water tank started to leak. They had the hot water tank I needed in stock and referred me to a plumber who installed a new one the same day. Their customer service was comforting as they understood how helpful it was to restore my hot water on a cold day.
