I have used Guardian Pest Control for quite some time now. It is not because they have not done their due diligence with eliminating my mice problems. I had tenants that did not notify me that there were mice and I had a HUGE infestation and unfortunately, I have a dirt crawlspace and am in a mixed use neighborhood and it is very easy for mice to get into the house, They have reduced their numbers considerably and I kept them because are always punctual, professional and informative. I would like to give a quick shout out to your employee, Sam, who always goes above and beyond, but every tech that has come to my house has been great. I highly recommend them.
