Delivered and installed TV. Took empty box and other debris away. Tech did a good job even though my 78 year old husband had to help him lift it onto the wall. Owner sent one guy!!! Never left manual or warranty information. After requesting it, owner said he mailed it. That was over a month ago. Texted him a few times that it was never received. His only reply was ‘it was sent’. Terrible. Now we have to contact Samsung and hope we can still qualify for the warranty. Never again!!!!!

When hired you are told training is $350 a week paid weekly. Then you find out the pay is BI Weekly and training pay is such. So in your third week of completed training you must wait another week to be paid. Then when starting as a tech you must wait 2 pay periods to be paid.
