As a small business owner it is essential that my funds get to me quickly and efficiently. Before making the switch to ECS, I struggled with my old processor due to high rates & long wait times. East Commerce Solutions has been our credit card processor since the organization began in 2009. Through our merchant account we process online donations and sponsorships and have the credit card machines to use onsite for our golf tournament and other events. The new wireless machines for events are easy to use and our volunteers have had no issues. The team is a phone call away and we have always gotten the support and service we need to be successful as a small non-profit. DASH was a life saver for my husband and I! We desperately needed someone to come in and fix a leaking pipe and Luke showed up right away, got the job done quickly and efficiently and even fixed a few doors that had been giving me trouble for the last year while he was here!!
