He has talented subs which are not always easy to find in today’s world. You will not meet a more dedicated, conscientious contractor. You may have to nudge him to meet your deadline but any delays are worth the wait. To be fair, many delays were our fault for changes we made. He was patient and accommodating. We described what we were looking for and showed a picture and they offered us several samples that approximately matched the general wants we had in mind. The next time we met them we told them which sample we liked, they came over and did measurements, and soon after got to work on the job. We needed new carpet upstairs and needed some repair work done for our hardwood flooring downstairs. We were in a bit of a time crunch and Eric came through for us. He did an excellent job finding a carpet that fit our needs as well as installing before we moved and fixing the hardwood flooring downstairs. “We recently had Christian Brothers Hardwood Floors repair water damage due to a leaky aquarium, then refinish our floor as well as install hardwood treads on an adjoining stairway. Excellent job! No one would be able to know where boards were replaced, The stairway is absolutely beautiful! Wish we had done this years ago. The workers were neat and flexible with our schedule.
