I give the attendant 10/10- I think her name was crusting or krystine. She saw me struggling at the washer and went out of her way to ask if I needed help. She explained the machine and offered more help with the detergent dispenser. She was very kind to me! I didnt have to ask for assistance- she took initiative after simply observing me. We need more people like her in our lives!!

You guys really gotta clean those card machines on top of each washer and dryer. I dont want to spend 5 minutes reswiping over and over again and damaging my card or be forced to make change.

I had a great experience at City Bubbles. I dropped off 40 pounds of laundry on a Saturday morning and picked it up the next day. The laundry was separated, clean, and folded. I was very happy with the results. I really appreciated the service and would recommend them to anyone.
