Not only was he personable and took the time with me over the phone by asking all the relevant questions to properly guide me, but he was so knowledgeable and very thoughtful. This may sound impressive when it's sometimes difficult to find trustworthy and knowledgeable professionals, but this was even during a busy time (tax season).
