“I'm very pleased and thankful for the staff and Dr. Schoen. When my previous vet closed, I was grateful for Hill & Harbour who were beginning their practice in East Greenwich. They welcomed me warmly and gave me a tour of the office. Everyone cared for my ailing kitty, Clancy through his life. I continue to see Dr. Schoen and his assistant, Tara, with my kitty, Blizzard. I am completely satisfied with everyone and the outstanding care we receive. Many thanks and appreciation.“
“Dr.Adler and staff are wonderful. Our pets love them too. Honestly, they're the best!!“
“Dr Binder is a kind, empathetic and thorough. The techs and front desk receptionists are so professional and pleasant. Thank you to the on call weekend techs who helped me out so much with the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend Eye Care for Animals as you know your pet is getting the best eye care..“
“This vet and staff is amazing! Buckle up because I'm about to rave! I have 2 cats and a dog. One of my cats has asthma, so she's in there every 6 weeks for a shot to help her breathing. It's a quick in and out done by the tech staff. They are wonderful. Special shoutout to Dennis who is a cat whisperer. My sweet Bella is a nervous girl, he always takes the time to talk to her, hold her extra after her shot and give her treats. He really is so gentle with her and you can see he was made for this job! Now onto the front desk receptionist Vikki. I must call her like 40 times a year. Between emergency visits, having to reschedule things, having a cat with asthma and my crazy dog, Vikki knows my voice when I ring. She is not only extremely friendly. She goes above and beyond. My cat has an eye sore and unfortunately my husband and I both work way more than a standard 40 hour work week. The appointments she offered us we aren't able to make today. She went above and beyond all expectations. She showed a picture of the sore to the vet, and showed him. She called me back informing me the vet would send over an antibiotic and if in a few days his would doesn't improve to call her back. How amazing is that?! Seriously quality care! How about Dr. Dan sending a RX because we're so busy! I was panicking about to take Rocco to an Emergency Room if needed although it doesn't seem like a life or death situation. It just is in a bad spot. Big River Vet to save the day! Can't rave enough about them. It makes my heart so happy to take my animals to a place where the staff genuinely loves them.“
“Love this animal hospital! I’ve been to many and this is the most honest to-date. All the girls that work here are amazing and although my French bulldogs do not like going to the vet, my boys do not give the vet or the vet techs a hard time. They are fair with prices and don’t push for unnecessary testing, office visits, etc. If I have a problem that can be solved over the phone, they do rather than saying they need to be seen. Which is great since both dogs get anxious in the car. Overall cannot say enough about this animal hospital!“
“We love West Shore Animal Clinic! They take the best care of our puppy and two cats. Everyone there, from vets to vet techs to receptionists, is wonderfully kind and caring. They take the time to ask and answer questions, providing thoughtful care and making vet experiences positive for animals and owners!“
“I am a first time pet owner and Dr. Kim and the staff at Greenwich Valley but me at ease!“
“We are so grateful for Dr Shields and all the staff here! Blanca is getting old, has arthritis, and needed extensive dental surgery. She made sure she was safe and healthy throughout. Dr Shields manages her pain so well, and the techs make sure she feels happy and safe when she’s there for her injections. I feel like we have more time with our sweet old lady, and can’t express how thankful we are for it!“
“Dr. Steve is very compassionate, listened to my needs, and helped me when my 13 year old best friend, my dog Webster, needed to leave us.“
“We cannot thank Dr. Armstrong and her amazing staff enough for helping us take care of our special needs pup who was born deaf for the last two years. They are the kindest and compassionate team. He had to spent the day at the clinic to receive heart worm treatments. When we went back for his last check up he was ready to spend the day at the clinic and was disappointed when he had to come home with us. We are so glad that we found the Apponaug Animal Hospital.“
“We bring all three of our animals here (two dogs and one cat). Every vet we have seen here has been fantastic, but especially the women vets. Dr. Sheckels in particular is a phenomenal vet. She consistently goes above and beyond with taking care of our animals. Knowing that our children are in her care is so comforting and reassuring. One of our golden retrievers is 8 years old and recently had a cancerous tumor removed from his leg. Dr. Sheckels has repeatedly stayed late to change his bandages as he heals. It truly feels like he is her own dog for whom she would do anything. The care Greenwich Valley provides our animals is more than what anyone could hope for when it comes to taking care of their most vulnerable family members.
The vet techs are also absolutely fantastic. They all know our animals by name and make sure to stop in and give them pets during our appointments. They truly are an extended family for whom I will be eternally grateful.“
“Very friendly and informative with the procedures that need to be done to your animal. They are very pet friendly and are helpful to calm your animal down during the visit. I am very thankful to them to help save my stuffy from her alignments. Very reasonable price for the amount of work and surgery needed.“
“This veterinary care facility is the best haven for my dogs and cats when in need of attention and meds. Been with them over 20 years and would not change anything. Thank you Hope Vet Care“
“The staff listen and demonstrate genuine care and concern for their patients and family. I have never felt pressured to buy additional products or unnecessary services. Overall great experience!“
“I recently moved to the area and switched to this vet. Scheduling my 2.5yr old cat for his annual as a new patient was an easy process on the phone. They were booking out nearly 2 months later but when it came time for the actual visit, they were super accommodating and already prepared to deal with my cats severe anxiety during visits because they took care to pay attention to the notes I’d given them and they got his records from his previous vet!The visit was short but thorough! Very happy to have my cat going here.“
“Very professional, caring for pet needs and owners. Everyone there are friendly, highly recommend.“
“Excellent care from Dr Lester who has been their vet for many years. Front desk reception and vet techs are pleasant & helpful. Checking people in and out and answering the phones is definitley a challenge.“
“The staff and doctors here are fantastic. They are so friendly and gentle with our dog. He always feels comfortable there and they go out of their way to make sure the dog is happy.“
“We’ve been taking our dog to dr Dave for 10 years. He and his staff have always been extremely kind and super efficient. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t take Molly anywhere else.“
“I have been going to Mercy Animal Hospital since the 70s. When Dr. Childers was the vet. There was a period of time when I had no pets that I did not have a reason to go. But, as soon as I had a pet, it was the only place I even considered!. Dr. Childers was no longer practicing, so I met Dr. McMillan. I liked him immediately. He was gentle and extremely knowledgeable. He felt like family. Almost 5 years ago. I rescued a senior dog. He was a shiatsu mix and about 12 years old. I had taken him to a vet that was affiliated with PARL to be checked out and evaluated. He had a couple of little things that I was given medication for. It cost me an arm and a leg! Then the vet told me that he had a fractured molar. I was told to bring him in to have it operated on. The bill was going to be over $700!! I took him to Mercy and Dr.McMillan looked at the tooth and then took a pair of forceps and pulled out a sliver of tooth that was stuck in his gum. It wasn't attached to anything else. It was just hanging there. It took him about 2 seconds to take it out...no pain, no muss no fuss. No extra charge!! That was the $700 tooth extraction my little dog was saved from! I will never go any where else! Now, its time for my 16 year old dog to cross over the rainbow Bridge. He no longer can use his back legs, he's completely deaf and half blind. He is suffering with must be very bad pain. I would not take him any other place to be put to sleep. The gentle and caring staff at Mercy will take care of my boy, I know.“
“Dr. Tapp is intelligent, kind, and compassionate. She is truly an expert in her field and it shows. All of the techs and Terri (reception and management) all share Dr. Tapp’s passion and provide comprehensive care. They have all helped my dog immensely, and Mowgli and I cannot thank you all enough.“
