After 3 scheduled plumbers fell through on my bathroom Reno (organized by my contractor) I saw Spencer’s sign driving down post road and decided to give them a call. The office staff was friendly and super accommodating. It was a fairly straightforward job and mike & his team were able to get it done for us in a few days. I’m very pleased with their communication and beautiful work. Price was very fair, which is appreciated in this covid market. I will be using them now for all my plumbing needs. Thank you again!

Approximately 2 years ago, my wife and I renovated our kitchen. Part of the renovation included replacing our electric cooktop with a gas cooktop. Our contractor recommended Spencer’s Plumbing so we went with them. Fast forward two years and my wife believes she smells gas in the cabinets below the stove. We must have disrupted the line hitting it with a pan or something. Monday morning I contacted Spencer’s and explained the situation. Without question Mike and his team came to the house and did indeed find a small leak. Within minutes they had the leak repaired and were packing up to leave. I thanked them and asked how much I owed them. Mike looked at me and said you’re all set. I was beyond impressed that they took care of it at their expense after two years given the fact that I was probably the one that caused the problem. Thank you Mike and team!!!!

Spencer’s Plumbing is amazing! This was our first time using them. Our hot water tank stopped working on Saturday. I called Spencer’s on Monday morning and spoke to Christine who was very helpful and knowledgeable. She sent out a technician that day who explained what we needed to do. The technician Orlando was very helpful and professional. After ruling out a problem with the chimney, it was determined we needed a new tank. Christine explained to me that our tank was still under warranty and that I could call the previous plumber that installed it and could save the cost of a new heater. I thanked her for her honesty and told her I didn’t want to use the previous plumber. I told her I wanted to have Spencer’s install a new one. She called me shortly after and said they would honor the warranty and just charge for installation! Two days after contacting Spencer’s I have a new hot water tank installed! I highly recommend Spencer’s and will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future. Great company!
