Kent Primary Care Associates-South

The service is my family received in office was great. However, the billing is so bad that I will never go back to this place. we had the hardest time paying our bill. The website is always down, when I would call only 1 specific person could handle my bill since I went through the urgent care & that person would never call me back. Not until my 5th call was I finally routed to the right person. I also continue to get statements in the mail after I already paid. I tried voicing my concerns to the representative, Shayla, on the phone and she hung up on me.

Staff doesn't care and just pushes you out the door. Went for stomach pain I was having for 6 days (finally got bad enough to go get looked at seeing how I could see primary for another week) they told me the urine test they did came back negative but "everyone reads it diffrently" and "contained traces of blood" their medical advice was "if it gets worse come back and get checked again." Save yourself the time and waste of money and go somewhere else!

Appreciated how quickly I got in but I was seen for maybe 3 minutes and given a blanket statement " . its allergies like everyone else. well give you steroids" and was hardly able to ask a question before i was sent on my way
