Courtesy Cleaners has been cleaning my clothes for over three years. They have done a fantastic job and I trust them completely with my designer clothes. They've cleaned everything from my JOE'S jeans to my Theory wool coat. Courtesy Cleaners also cleaned my husband's custom tailored suit and the jacket came back with a better fit due their state of the art pressing tools. I have very high expectations and they have exceeded those expectations. Their customer service is excellent as well. I highly recommend them to everyone. I can't say enough about courtesy cleaners. We have been using their pick up and drop off service for about a year now. I noticed one of my items was missing and called to ask about it. I had a little hope that they would know what I was talking about since I've had bad experiences with other dry cleaners in the past. Within 40 minutes I had a callback stating that they had found the dress and they have held onto it because they wanted to further treat a spot on it. I was so happy that they were able to locate it so quickly that I then asked about a white button down shirt I have lost several months ago. I told them it was a longshot they would find it as it's a nondescript white button down women's shirt. 20 minutes later I received a text message saying they had found a shirt and they would get it back to me at no charge. The tag had fallen off and it had been in the lost and found. Excellent and reliable service
