“This past April I had my kitchen remolded by Legacy Construction of East Greenwich RI. I selected Legacy on the recommendation of both a friend and relative. Eric and his team came to my house and we worked out a plan to remove the wall between my kitchen and dinning room as well as both ceilings, we then did a new kitchen layout and selected Douglas Lumber to do the cabinets and Romancing the Stone to do the counter tops ( I was very happy with both of them). I can't say enough about the sub-contractors ( electricians, plumbers, plasters and floor finishers) who did a neat and professional job. I was especially happy with the finish carpenter who not only did a fantastic job but he made many suggestions along the way that added to the beautiful outcome.
The communication between Eric's team and me was outstanding! I was never on "terminal hold" waiting to hear from them, I was always notified of the next step and they always returned my calls. Having a major project like this done in your house while your living in it is never easy but the outcome was worth it. I'm Very Happy“

Once we aligned on the best fix, Rouben and his team partnered with Terminix to implement a highly complex fix to our damaged beams while also allowing for remediation of the still-active termite issue.

On top of this, when the project met some complications and went over-budget, Rouben and his team honored our original cost.

“I found RIKB to be a pleasure to work with. We just re-did our kitchen.The designer was helpful in terms of assisting with small details that I really didn't have time for. She provided me a few designs / price points to choose from and I found them to be transparent with their pricing.Remodel stayed on schedule, which was huge for us. (I was 7.5-8mo pregnant at the start of the work, so I was concerned about timing) The quality of the work seems to be high, no issues so far. Their crew was pleasant to have in our home. (Respectful of napping toddler, pets, friendly, clean! etc.) Scotty, our project manager was great. Other reviews comment on them being overpriced, but unfortunately any quality home re-model will be expensive these days. RIKB handled everything from start to finish and allowed me to be as stress free as possible. Would use them again.“
