Extremely disorganized with scheduling. Booked a service online, but it was unclear if it was for the Boston or RI location. Messaged and called, took two days for someone to call me back and tell me that they didn't know either. I canceled so I wouldn't be charged a no-show fee in case I guessed and went to the wrong location.

I have had many facials I am 62 and this was by far the worst I have ever had.the owner who gave the facial kept going in and out of the room. She gave 2 facials at one time. In and out mostly out. It was horrible. I do not recommend this place unless you want to throw money away.
