Off a few coats, and they told me they would be ready on the next business day, and they were. I forgot that I wanted a button repaired on each of them, so I called back. “I am so glad The Laundry Club is in Wayland Square. Only have to walk 2 blocks for friendly and efficient service. They have fixed rips in dresses, leggings, shirts, jeans, snow pants, and even a flag for me. The Laundry Club makes sure the tailors they send it to get all the details, all the time. One pair of leggings had rips in a dozen different places, and all are repaired. For such a reasonable price, too. It takes a couple weeks to come back since repairs are outsourced, so as long as you have time, I highly recommend to come here. I’ve interacted with couple different employees a few times, as well as the manager Rob many times. I’ve never had a negative experience. Thank you!“
