Wayne (owner) responded promptly and met with us several times to explain the options and educate and guide us through the process. We had several bids and found New England Exteriors proposal fair and thorough. We cannot say enough about the quality of the work and professionalism shown by Wayne and his staff. Wayne communicated well throughout the process and kept us updated on timeframes and the expected completion schedule. The crew was exceptional and the foreman was very accommodating and conscientious. The work was completed in accordance with the expected schedule. The house came out beautiful! We reached into Wayne several months after the work was completed as we needed a new piece of window trim due to our kitchen renovation.
