When our hot water accessory tank failed, our usual repair team told us it would be three weeks before they could fit us in. With a family of six, that meant no hot showers, no dishwasher, and no warm water for laundry—such a bummer.

That job ended up taking him all day, and when he arrived at our house at 5 PM, I fully expected him to say he'd have to come back another time.
