About Diamond Hill Animal Clinic

Diamond Hill Animal Clinic has been serving the Northern Rhode Island and Blackstone Valley communities for over half a century. Established in the 1960s by Dr. Roger Cournoyer, the clinic was later acquired by Dr. Linda Hanson in 1972, who expanded it into a full-time, fully staffed hospital. After Dr. Hanson's retirement in 2012, the practice was taken over by Dr. Summer Enos. Customers praise the clinic's professional and caring staff, with a particular mention of the excellent vet tech, Amanda. While some find the prices a bit higher than average, they acknowledge the high level of service and attention provided to their pets. The clinic's facilities could use some minor improvements, but overall, Diamond Hill Animal Clinic is highly recommended for its experienced veterinary care and dedication to the well-being of its patients.

Awesome practice! My dogs love everyone there! Dr. Walsh and the rest of the staff always take the very best care of them and I know we’re in great hands. We trust them wholeheartedly

Dr. Walsh has been amazing with all my pets over the years, providing compassionate and thoughtful care every single time I visit. She is incredibly patient, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and always makes sure my pets feel comfortable and safe. You can tell how much she genuinely cares, and that makes all the difference!

I’m so grateful for her expertise, kindness, and consistency. It’s rare to find a veterinarian you can trust completely, and I wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else (I travel all the way from New Hampshire!) Dr. Walsh is truly the best!

Diamond Hill Animal Clinic is a good clinic for regular wellness appointments and vaccines. The staff there are good and kind to the animals, but if you have an emergency this is not the place that will help you. How can you help a very sick pet if you can't get to see a Vet for a week or two! Just keep that in mind when going there! Through the years we have brought all of our Boxers there for care but on three separate occasions we were turned away as they could help us in our time of need! The old saying 3 strikes your out! We have moved on to a new clinic!!!
