I have been coming to Villari's Martial Arts Center after finishing pt for a total hip replacement. I have been attending the class Tai Chi for Arthritis. In addition to Tai Chi, Master Leong has also been instructing the class in stretches that have helped my flexibility with my hip. In talking with Master Leong, she has studied with instructors in order to develop this class. In September of 2020, I moved from the Tai Chi for Arthritis to practicing "regular" Tai Chi. I have found it to be very beneficial with my balance and movement. I would highly recommend trying Tai Chi.

I took the Tai Chi class tonight and it was great. The teacher is excellent, well educated and patient. The class size was small, 4 students. I'm really interested in learning more!

Master Deborah Leong is a patient, thoughtful and attentive instructor. My wife and I have taken Tai Chi from her for three years and have enjoyed it immensely. She spends a little time each week finding out how your practice is going before launching into teaching a modified form of the Yang style form. She also adds occasional supplemental exercises (my favorite is the balancing of balls or plates on your hands) and invites her students to various other classes and healing offered by visiting Masters.
