The technician was on time, polite, professional and completed the job the same day, even though it took longer than expected due to unexpected difficulties during installation. Everything is working well. I will definitly call ThumbsUp next time I have need for a plumber.

He was fast, professional, and answered all my questions and concerns. I will definitely be using them again. They will be my go to plumber and I will recommend them to my family and friends.
