Statewide Plumbing & Heating “saved the day.” Carlos advocated for us with the manufacturer when our heating & hot water system malfunctioned, the system was under warranty. The Statewide technicians diagnosed the problem immediately and Carlos began the search for the component that was needed to repair the system. Carlos searched throughout New England and beyond but could not locate the component. The manufacturer agreed to ship the component to us; however, it was going to take a few weeks to arrive from another country. These folks were tremendous to work with. I highly recommend them. We needed to have a Kohler shower handle/cartridge replaced very quickly. We were selling our home and moving out, but suddenly had a bad drip in the shower. I called Carlos at Statewide, based on a recommendation from a friend, and explained that we needed this done within 48 hours. They had the part available and came to complete the work within 24 hours. We weren’t able to be there - we were literally driving cross country at this point.
