I just moved to Cranston from Seattle and was so sad to leave my old Salon after almost 7 years and was super nervous to find my new go to Salon. I am so so happy after visiting Salon Panache. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Tina did an amazing job! Can't wait to go back.
My favorite place to go, literally haven't gone to another place EVER! I've been coming here for 4 years now, they're like my family and they great me like family! So kind and so welcoming. Tina and Amy are the BEST!!!
The gentleman at the register was very kind and honest. I had intentions of getting threading and tinting, but he recommended I wait and tint later bc they didn’t need it. To me that’s the best customer service… looking out for my best interests and what would work best for me and saving me unnecessary costs. Shows that they are more interested in the customer experience and satisfaction with the service and not looking to just take your money. End result is a returning customer.
