I have been searching for a gym that as a community culture and is supportive and inclusive. Reflexion checks every box and then some. I couldn’t recommend it enough!! The best atmosphere, classes and it’s such a great group of women!
I joined Reflexion about a year ago- and can honestly say I am grateful everyday! Laura and the Reflexion team create a warm, friendly, welcoming, non-judgmental environment! Creative and killer workouts that will have you feeling sore for days after.With a great group of women who support one another to achieve their goals!
