I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed MaryEllens workshop. This is the second time I have attended and I would do it monthly if it was offered. The combination of yoga nidri along with the sound bowls transports you to a place of extreme relaxation and peace. WOW!! Just received the most amazing massage today from Chris Cedrone, the Oriental Fusion Massage! As a massage therapist myself it’s very hard to find another therapist to live up to your standard's. Chris is it!!! Simply amazing.
I have been practicing yoga at Raffa for many years: I love the atmosphere and variety of classes available. Always learning new things about the practice is an added bonus ! I Also finally tried out urban sweat and it is amazing ?
