I needed head shots for my business card and social media business pages. John understood exactly what I wanted and worked with me wanting a change of outfit for two different head shots. The turn around time for my photos was the same day. Before I left his studio John ask if I had some extra time and I said yes, so we sat there and went through the proofs and I chose the ones I wanted. John is a lifesaver! We needed passport photos that met the Canadian standard, which is different from the US. I emailed him and he replied right away to arrange an appointment for the next day.
